John Hauber

As a real estate broker in Colorado, John has successfully helped many individuals buy, sell and trade properties. Having been a full time professional broker since 2001, John continues to focus on understanding his client's needs and following through on his promises.

He started Keller Williams Premier Realty with his partner Tony Greer. After 4.5 years operating the franchise, John sold his majority shares. The new owners renamed the company Keller Williams Hope Realty and located our offices downtown. Keller Williams Hope Realty is the 10th largest brokerage in Southern Colorado with locations in Canon City and Colorado Springs.

John's background includes 12 years in high technology software sales management with both startup companies and national brands. During these 12 years he learned the art of negotiation, understanding market conditions and running a business.

John comes from a long line of real estate professionals. His Grandfather owned and operated Hauber Realtors in Winfield, Kansas. John's uncle Bob now runs the business. John's father has been involved in developing, investments and homebuilding for over 25 years.

John graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University with a B.A. in Public Relations.

As a native of Colorado, John enjoys the outdoors by skiing, biking and walks with Tiffany, Eli and Emerson.
